Q: Are you a vendor?
A: No. We are not an inmate telephone vendor. We provide independent and objective services and do not have an alliance with any vendor.

Q: How quickly can you prepare a Request for Proposal?
A: We work closely with each of our clients to assist with the preparation of a customized RFP in the time frame outlined by them.  Upon acquiring your objectives for the RFP, a customized RFP generally takes 2-3 weeks to prepare. We follow the guidelines presented by our client.

Q: Do you favor any vendors?
A: No, we do not favor any inmate telephone vendor. You make all the decisions relative to your inmate telecommunications. We implement your decisions on your behalf.

Q: Do you know my vendor and have you worked with them before?
A:  We have worked and currently work with very large inmate telephone vendors, as well as many vendors that have just entered the market. There is a good chance that we have worked with your current inmate telephone vendor. If not, we will work to establish a good working relationship with your inmate telephone vendor very quickly.

Q: Are you the only company that does what you do?
A:  Yes!  We have found a niche market, and to date, we have not identified a competitor in this market space. We are independent and objective, which separates us from any vendor that might offer management services.

Q: When can you get started?
A:  We will start managing your account as soon as you say “GO!” Our services will begin with an introductory call and a visit to your location(s) for us to learn about your unique environment.
