Praeses began in 1987 as an independent sales organization aggregating telecommunications services. To effectively support this business
model, Praeses was required to track millions of data points created from hundreds of thousands of telephone calls. Over time,
the superior management became more valuable to Praeses' clients than the
sales services.
As Praeses grew, we built the strength and depth of our information technology capacity to support our own internal requirements while validating the accuracy of
the data managed for our national base of clients. The development and growth of this technology team afforded Praeses the opportunity to offer consultative and technology solutions to client organizations other than ourselves. Initial clients were local and regional in nature, but by the turn of the century, Praeses had experience delivering our solutions across North America.
By 2000, we had grown our technology team to
not only deliver solutions to our clients, but also to build information technology products and services that
deliver value to clients in specific strategic markets.
Our approach to solving industry-wide problems while focusing on
client needs has been well received. We now have multiple information technology products and management services that are
delivered globally. |
